~Chapter 13~

Danielle and Gina giggled and chatted like two teenage girls as they made they're way backstage. "I think we've been around these BSB fans too long. Listen to us." Gina said. Danielle laughed. They had been in New York for two days now. They had seen the boys show last night and tonight. Now they were going to see them backstage. They showed their passes to a few people who had stopped them. Soon they made it to the dressing room. They stepped inside and there were dancers, fans and of course the boys scattered throughout the room.

The girls waited paitently for the boys to finish signing autographs. When they were done Brian called them over. "So, are you ladies up for a little clubbing?" AJ asked. Gina smiled but then looked at Danielle. "Um, well Danielle has a bit of a headache. Do you still wanna go?" Danielle bit her lip and looked at her friend. She knew how much Gina wanted to go and she didn't want to be the one to hold her back.

"Well are you all going?" Danielle asked. AJ nodded. Danielle sighed. She really didn't want to go. Gina could read her expression. "You guys go. We can just head back to the hotel." Before Danielle could respond Brian jumped in. "No Gina, you go out with the guys. I'll take Danielle back. Besides, I'm not a big club person anyway." He turned his gaze to Danielle. "We can watch a movie or something." "Are you sure?" Danielle asked. Brian nodded. "Yeah, I love hanging out with you."

Danielle smiled and then looked at AJ. "Keep an eye on her she tends to get wild." "Hey! I don't get that crazy." Gina said smiling. Brian laughed. "Okay, well you guys have fun." He said. They said good-bye and went their separate ways.

"So, what do you want to watch?" Brian asked as he flipped through the list of movies the hotel had to offer. Danielle sat down on the edge of the bed and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't care." "Wanna watch 'The Outsiders'? I haven't seen that movie in so long." Danielle smiled and nodded. "Sure. I love that movie."

After the movie started, Brian and Danielle kicked off their shoes and got comfortable on the bed. The only light came from the flicker of the TV. Brian sat up against the headboard of the bed as Danielle layed her head on his chest. Brian subconsciously ran his fingers through her hair. Danielle seemed very into the movie but Brian's mind was on her. He could smell the strawberry scent and feel softness of her hair. He could hear her steady breathing and soon a yawn escaped her mouth.

"Tired?" He asked. She looked up at him and smiled. "Not really. I mean, I'm tired laying here but I know I could probably get up and do a back flip right now. That is, if I knew how to do one." She giggled. Brian laughed. "Yeah, I'm not that tired either."

Brian didn't know if it was the fact that her smile could make him feel at peace, but he wanted to kiss her. He wanted to kiss her then, more then he ever wented to kiss anybody. And that's just what he did. At first she just sat there, but after a moment he felt her crumble under his embrace. They both sat up and wrapped their arms around each other.

They pulled apart and Brian staired into her eyes. They looked confused, but he also saw something in them that he had wanted to see for a long time. Love, desire, and happiness. Brian reached for the remote and quickly turned off the TV. His hands found her's in the dark and their fingers interlocked. She layed back onto the bed and he layed above her. Danielle looked up into his eyes.

The moonlight peaked through the window and landed on her face perfectly. Brian smiled. "You're beautiful, you know that?" Danielle could feel herself blush. For so long she listened to her head and finally she gave into her heart. She knew the morning would come and she'd regret this some how but she didn't care. This was now and she felt safe and secure. She felt true happiness, something that had been absent in her life for a while. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. When her eyes opened his sparkling blue eyes looked deeply into hers and continued to do so all night.
