FRONT DOUBLE BICEPS
My face is just a bit red 'cause I just came off after pre-judging! It lasted about 30 minutes so I was totally dead! Look at those quads! I think all the running really payed off with the definition I had! |
THE TEENAGE DIVISION
As you can see, the other two guys WERE in great shape, but their neglect of large muscles like the back and legs held them back. My chest was also much thicker than the others! |
