Part 1:Sheridan? Luis? Love?
As Sheridan Crane finishes putting the recreational equipment away from the Youth center, Luis Lopez Fitzgerald is close by sweeping the gym floor.
They closley eye each other but don't speak or stare. You can tell that in her deep eyes, she just wants to just rip away from her family name and have a normal life.
Luis says as he is walking away "I am going to shower and then go home for the night." Sheridan repeats "I am showering too so I will lock up when I am finished." They both go seperate ways.
As Luis showers, he thinks, Why do I have this feeling about her that I have never felt before (not even around Busty Beth!)? Sheridan finishes and gets dressed. She looks in the mirror at herself and wonders if she will ever get married, have kids, or even have a life.
Luis, putting the broom away and getting his coat, says "I am leaving now so I will see you tomorrow." She sadly says goodbye and turns away from him. Her hair still wet, she goes out to help him with turning off the
lights. As she walks to the door of the Youth Center, she notices that the Youth Center's office lights are on. She walks over there, turns it off and then walks down to the doors again. As she is walking in the pitch black, she gets interupted with a yell! "Sheridan WAIT!!" a voice calls out.
She turns to find Ethan standing in the door of the office. "I have been waiting for you to finish." They walk out to the car and Ethan asks "Are you tired Sheridan?" Sheridan nods her head yes and then tells him all about her day at the Youth Center with Luis. As they arrive at home, she steps out of the car and walks to the cottage.
There she sits all alone on the couch watching Up Close and Personal.
As she watches the love scene between Michelle Phiffer and Robert Redford, she thinks of Luis. She drifts off in a deep sleep, as she sleeps, she dreams of Luis coming to her door and gathering her into his arms and revealing that he loves her and that he can't live another day without her.
She is suddenly awoken by a strange sound outside her kitchen window. She peers out to find Luis standing there with a hand full of beautiful red, pink, yellow, and white roses. He asks her "Sheridan, may I come in?" She opens the back door as Luis enters through it and gives her the flowers.
He says to her "I hope I did not scare you Sheridan." "No" she says, I was just watching a movie. Sheridan offers him a seat on the couch next to her. He sits down as she puts the roses in a vase. As she leans down to sit on the couch, Luis jumps at her and kisses her soooooo sweetly and unexpectedly. She closes her eyes as the warm lips of Luis Lopez Fitzgerald are pressed against hers. He grabs her while he kisses her and hugs her tightly. Sheridan feels safe and warm in Luis' big strong grasp.
