Continental C.O.O.L. Specials.
For those rare weekends when you have nothing planned and are able travel at a moment’s notice, sign-up to receive Continental Airlines’ C.O.O.L travel specials. You can call the airline directly at (216) 771-8419 or visit their web site at http://www.continental.com. Once you are on the mailing list, you will receive an email every Wednesday which tells you which flights are on sale. Most often they have flights from Cleveland – the cost varies depending on the city you visit. There’s just one catch – when you get the email, your travel has to begin that Friday or Saturday and your return has to be on the Monday or Tuesday following. They also have specials on hotel and car rental. This is a way for Continental to sell out empty seats and for us to enjoy lower airfares.
