Lydia’s Strudel 6230 Stumph Rd North of York & Pearl intersection	10/24/02 (Thurs) 2:00 p.m.	This outing allows your child(ren) to use their hands to work and stretch the strudel dough. The children will also get to help mix apples with cinnamon sugar for the filling and prepare the strudel for baking.	FREE	There is a maximum of 20 children for this outing. Each family takes home a portion of unbaked strudel.
Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus Gund Arena	10/26/02 (Sat) 11:30 a.m.	You and your family will enjoy the thrills and excitement of Ringling Brothers Circus.	$15.75 per seat	There is a minimum of 20 people in order to get this rate.
Parma Care Center 5553 Broadview Rd	10/28/02 (Mon) 11:00 a.m.	The nursing home residents will have an enjoyable visit from our children as we parade them in their costumes. The residents will be passing out candy to the children as well.	FREE	We are trying to get a donation of craft supplies to make a craft for the children to pass out to the residents.
Parma Senior Center Behind City Hall off of Ridgewood.	10/31/02 (Thurs) 11:00 a.m.	We will be joining the senior citizens of Parma for a Halloween party. The children will dress in their costumes while the seniors pass out candy, play music and dance with the children. We will also have a treat to pass out to the seniors.	FREE

Wood & Ivory Studio 7919 Dorothy Ave	11/6/02 (Wed) 10:00-10:30 a.m. or 11:00-11:30 a.m. 11/7/02 (Thurs) 1:00-1:30 p.m.	This is an enjoyable music demonstration of simple percussion instruments. The children will be singing with Patti and they will be playing musical instruments. This is similar to Kindermusik.	FREE	There is a limit of 7 children per session.
Normandy Cosmetology Normandy High School	11/11/02 (Mon) 10:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.	The students in the cosmetology program will enjoy providing a haircut or manicure for your child.	FREE	PTA will pay $1.00 per child. Any additional services will be paid by you.
Parma Hts. Ice Rink Behind Library and swimming pool on Pearl Rd	11/12/02 (Tue) 12:00-1:30 p.m. 11/13/02 (Wed) 12:00-1:30 p.m.	Do you and your family enjoy ice skating, come join us for a chilly good time at Parma Hts. Weather permitting; there will be a hike in the wood at the conclusion of the outing.	FREE	Maximum of 25 people per session.

Palace Theatre "Snowflake"	11/22/02 (Fri) 10:00 a.m.	Meet Snowflake, a loveable and purely imaginative homeless man who makes other peoples discarded objects his very own treasures of entertainment. When he discovers a doll in the garbage, Snowflake decides to comfort the doll by entertaining it with circus-like antics and hilarious expressions in a Charlie Chaplin-like performance. Santa’s Workshop Apple Country Craft Store 2993 Pearl Rd Medina, Ohio (45 minute ride in good weather)	11/30/02 (Sat) 1:30 p.m. 12/6/02 (Fri) 4:30 p.m. 12/12/02 (Thur) 4:30 p.m. 12/15/02 (Sun) 1:30 p.m.	Children wi1l visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus for 1/2 hour in woodworking shop. Each child will make a toy with Santa that has wheels. The child will sit in Santa's lap and put the wheels on the toy.	$7.00 per child	There is a maximum of 12 children per session.
