A Bit About Jake - "Jake" is a beautiful cream boy originally owned by Mary of Gidget's kennel. Mary ended up being counted quit, apparently because of being unable to access the 'net, or somesuch. In any case Jake is one of my personal favorites so I'm hanging onto him, both because he's an integral part of my breeding program (since before I owned him) and because should Mary come back I know she'll want him!

Jake came to me as a 5 year old boy with quite a stud record. So far he has 4 champion get and will hopefully have more. This beautiful little male is the sire of several Liz-Clare poms and grandsire to even more. He's now enjoying life at Liz-Clare's, getting to visit with the family. I will probably use him one more time before he's retired from stud service, at least as far as Liz-Clare's is concerned.

Jake's siring tradition is continuing on through his son Ch. Gidget's Can You Dazzle-Me who has at least 4 finished Champions now. His son Gidget's Voodoo Magic also has a finished son, Ch. Gidget's Rimwalker Mirage (who has 2 Ch. kids himself), and from the looks of his son Ch. Liz-Clare's Things R Look N Up he'll have yet another son passing on his great genes.

Currently, Jake has 8 Champion get, with one major pointed (who should eventually finish). 2 of those are Best In Show winners; 3 have produced their own champion children and grandchildren.
