A Bit About Tristan - This little guy is an adorable son of our Ch. Liz-Clare's Rock N Tradition ("Trey") who he is named in honor of. His mom is a very pretty lady, a beautiful white named Ch. Paigee's Everything Nice. I was VERY surprised when he turned out orange parti, with black parti littermates also. Trey doesn't carry parti so this must be some kind of dominant parti-ing! Certainly not a bad thing at all. Someday I may breed him to a black & tan, to see if I can get any black/tan/whites if he inherited the right gene from his dad.
Hopefully he will turn out nice! I do know that he was one of the best dogs in his litter so I have high hopes. At his first Puppy Match he was beaten only by one of his brothers, topping all his other brothers as well as all the boys in one of my litters.
