Meatballs ~ Put 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. of hamburger (I use lean, so there is less grease) in large bowl, add two eggs, 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs, & 1/4 cup minced onion (optional). Mix together well, form meatballs, add to sauce. Simmer meatballs until done. Chicken Strips ~ Throw into sauce & simmer until done. Serve over any kind of pasta. Hits the spot!
