Cherry-Tangerine Salad Recipe (Preparation Time: 10 minutes)

2 cups canned sweet cherries, with their juice
2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or juice packed, drained
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups cantaloupe chunks
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tangerine, peeled and broken into sections
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions for the Cherry-Tangerine Salad recipe:

  1. Place yogurt, orange juice, mayonnaise, lime juice, and sugar in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Toss cherries, their juice, pineapple chunks, tangerine sections, and cantaloupe chunks in a large bowl.
  3. Top with dressing, sprinkle with orange peel, and serve.
