This Passover french toast recipe includes kosher for Passover sponge cake slices to serve as the foundation for the french toast instead of the usual bread slices that would otherwise be used as the basis for the french toast outside of the Passover / Pesach festival. The following recipe for french toast is one of many breafast recipes for the Passover / Pesach festival that can also be served for lunch. Note that one must purchase or create a Kosher for Passover Sponge Cake, since this is one of the ingredients for the Passover french toast.
