For this award your site MUST be dedicated to a Sailor Senshi that is not an inner senshi or outer senshi. These can not be made up Senshi. They must be actually in Sailor Moon e.g. Sailor Lead Crow, Sailor Star Fighter, Sailor Iron Mouse...

Must have the WHOLE page dedicated to that Senshi! Can not only have little parts dedicated. Could have MOST of the page and the little rest for somesailor moon pictures or profiles.
