1. For your pets' protection a VETERINARY CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED for DHLPP (distemper etc) , Bordetella (kennel cough) , and Rabies as the PA. law requires.........
2. Please have your pet on a good parasite control program (worms-fleas etc).........
3. Please give us a 48 hour (summers 72 hr.) notice of any changes in time, date and especially CANCELLATION!! We will bill you for a three day stay for "no shows".........
4. Please "confirm any changes" in your appointment time. We are here ONLY for your EXACT APPOINTMENT TIME and may not be available the rest of the day!........
5. All time reserved must be paid for during our busy summer season and major holidays........
