Ace wandered into the UWA sometime in June of 1999. He faced DDP in his first ever match on RAW. He was successful in defeating him. Next we saw Ace set his sights on the UWA's Television title. Ace battled up the ranks and finally won the Television title on July 9. Against the same man he beat his very first day in the company, DDP.

Ace would defend his title on numerous occasions. This is where his first conflict with the nWo started. The nWo wanted the TV title and this cost Ace his best friend at the time. HBK and Ace paired up to take on Hogan and HHH. HBK turned on Ace and the feud's intesity level shot through the roof. Ace and HBK went on to have a glorious feud over the TV belt. Ace came out on top each and every time, although the matches were excellent.

The nWo was not done with Ace by a longshot. They continued to interfere and attack Ace. Until HBK said enough is enough and left the nWo to re-side with Ace. They formed a stable and battled the nWo alongside the IV Horsemen. Ace went on to beat Hogan and the nWo finally left Ace alone.

It was time for Ace to step it up. It was time for him to move to the next level. He set his eyes on the Intercontinental Title, conveniently held by one of Hogan's lackies Kevin Nash. Ace trounced the Undertaker in the battle for the number one contendership and then went on to take the title from Nash at one of the UWA's PPV spectacular's on July 23. This caused Ace to drop the belt to his partner HBK.

The nWo attacked HBK and a few others once more causing Ace to take another stand. This time it was with the Road Dogg, only to be turned and screwed again. Although the Road Dogg paid for it several times more.

Ace went on to hold many great battles over his coveted IC title. He fought The Undertaker in Ace's specialty the ladder match, where a masked man who is still unkown today attacked Ace with his own IC belt. Road Dogg, Oblivion, and Shark are just a few names Ace has feuded with over the title.

His storied rivalry with the nWo was not over. Ace's formed stable, the Kliq, took on the nWo in an elimination match at Summerslam. Ace's position in this rivalry was not very clear, as he seemed to be playing both sides. This is how he got the nickname "The Wild Card." The Kliq/nWo match was to be the Main Event of the card. HHH, Nash, Hogan and Oblivion were to take on the Kliq comprised of HBK, Crowe, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Ace, although Ace didn't make it sure that he would show up that night. Before the event started Oblivion came out and challanged Ace. Ace came out only to reveal to the people that he and Oblivion were in cahoots, or were they? Later in the night the Main Event rolled around and neither Ace nor Oblivion showed up for there respective teams. After the match came down to Hogan and Crowe, Ace's music played and both Ace and Oblivion came down. Hogan and Crowe were so intense that neither one of them realized that Ace and Oblivion were behind them. Ace hit the Joker's Wild on Hogan and Oblivion Oblivion Bombed Crowe. Ace turned and when Oblivion turned it was a Joker's Wild for him. Ace stacked them on top of each other and pinned both of them at the same time.

Ace suffered his first loss ever at the hands of the Rock in one of the most controversial decisions in UWA history on the August 28th edition of Thunder. With the Horsemen's help Rock was able to beat Ace and injure him. Ace suffered torn cartalige in his knee and a herniated disk in his back. T hings were doubtful if he would ever wrestle again.

However all that changed when Flair announced the UWA would be back in action in the year 2000. Ace quickly jumped on a plane and was here at a press conference to announce his return within moments of Flair contacting him.

Ace went on in his first match back to win the TV title a second time. He defeated the Ultimate Warrior in a steel cage to regain his title. However Ace was not done that night. He helped Hulk Hogan in his match against Ric Flair. Ace's efforts were not good enough as Flair went on to win the match anyway. The next night on Raw Ace promptly continued his feud with Flair, as Flair stripped Ace of the TV title and then beat him down. Ace got his revenge later in the show by coming back and attacking the Horsemen in what turned out to be a huge brawl.

The Ace and Horsemen feud raged on. With Flair sending the Horsemen after Ace and Ace trouncing them one by one. Flair and Ace never met one on one. Although there was many tag matches where they got in the ring together. One in particular helped with the nWo reformation. Ace and Hogan taking on Flair and Anderson. Hogan turned on Ace and layed him out with a pair of brass knuckles.

Ace then helped others like Stone Cold attack the nWo. The second loss of Ace's career came at the hands of Crowe. It was a wild match to say the least.

Ace then took another short leave from the UWA. He made his come back at the UWA PPV when Crowe took the World Title from Flair and the Horsemen attacked Crowe. Ace promptly made his way to the ring and took out the Horsemen and left just as promptly.

Ace then went through all challengers until he got to the UWA's first PPV since his return. He got and took care of Road Dogg. Next he took the IC title once again. He faced Hogan on Clash of the Champions for the vacant IC title. He won that and went on to make many successful defenses.

His first PPV IC Title defense came against Arn Anderson. The match was a dumpster match. Ace won and went on to keep defending the belt whenever asked to.

In 2001, Ace won his very first UWA World Title by defeating Arn Anderson. It was a much deserved accomplishment. Ace battled for years and finally won the title that means it all.

In 2003, Ace rejoined the UWA when Flair reopened the organization and immediately made his presence known by capturing the United States Title (formerly IC) at Resurrection by defeating The Rock. However, The Rock would get his revenge by defeating Ace at another event that year. Ace would lose his US Title to Chuck Grimes at Clash of the Champions, and then the superstar went AWOL and hasn't been heard from since.

Ace has always been one of the top stars in the UWA, and thus it was prophesized long ago that the "Kid" would make his way into the Hall of Fame. Ace, along with legends like Crowe, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Grifter, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, and The Rock has been a cornerstone for the UWA. He's one of the boys, always ready to do what is needed to make the UWA the best damn organization in the world today. The UWA salutes Ace for all his achievements and wishes him continued success in the Ultimate Wrestling Alliance.
