Were Squirrel Lycanthropy is a recent strain mainly afflicting a tribe of gnolls and slowly spreading out to other races and the surrounding areas. The first such Squirrel Brother, as the tribe refers to themselves, was one by the name of Cadmus. Up until the founding of the tribe, he had been the last, wandering the lands from place to place and constantly getting into all sorts of misadventures. The tribe is known for worshiping and refering a fickle god known as the Dark-Skined-Surface-Elf. The legendary great one whom Cadmus spent much of his time accompanying with on his travels.
Combat:
Weresquirrels will avoid confrontations unless cornered or defending themselves.
Alternate Form (Su): Like wererats, weresquirrels are able to assume both a bipedal hybrid form or that of dire squirrel. The bipedal form is medium-size with head, torso, and tail like those of a squirrel, though the limbs are akin to those of a human.
Skills: Weresquirrels use their Dexterity modifier for Climb checks when either as squirrel or hybrid.
