This is my dedication to the girls, women, females, however you wish to put it, of CHILDREN OF THE CORN. Without them, the series would have been a complete mess. Sarah started it all. Her drawings made way for the rest of the series. None of it would have been possible without her! (And you have to admit it, she was a cute lil kid! mwhahaha!). But, throughout the series, girls have seem to taken a backseat... Look at Lacy Hellerstat for example? What was her exact purpose in COTC 2, except for eye candy? Maybe I sound a bit harsh, but they could have done better writing females into the scripts of COTC. A strong female role in Children Of The Corn Three is darn near non-existant! In Children of The Corn 4 though, we have Grace, the HEROINE of our story! COTC 4 was not exactly my favorite of the series, but I have to applaud them. Naomi Watts did a wonderful job playing Grace. And, her little sister Margaret was pretty crucial to the plot. (Again, we see a cute lil kid crucial to the plot! awwwwe!). In Children Of The Corn 5, we have Allison, who was another strong female role. In Children of the Corn 666, the final (as for now!) installment of the series, we have Hannah, who the story revolves around. She goes back to Gatlin in search of her past, pretty damn brave, no? Hannah is probably one of my favorites out of the series. She isn't little miss weakness! hehe! Cora, the cop, was, in my humble opinion, just a tad bit annoying. Racheal Colby seemed to me the exact opposite of Hannah. Morgan, Matt's girlfriend, is full of sass and sarcasim.....WAY TO GO! Hehehe!
