"Ka-la-na"

*Ka-la-na wine:

-(Noun): A sweet, rich, fully bodied, deliciously
fragrant red wine. It is distilled from the fruit
of the Ka-la-na tree. The best and sweetest coming
from the Plains of Ka-la-na. This drink often
symbolizes romantic love. It is served chilled or
at room temperature.

-Ka-la-na: A ruby red wine, fermented from the fruit of the yellowwood ka-la-na tree, variously described as rich and delicate as well as 'bright, dry, and powerful'. Like the wines of earth the quality of ka-la-na varies from that of a common table wine to premium brands such as the very expensive 'Slave Gardens of Anesidemus' and 'Boleto's Nectar', a medium-grade wine. Ar is particularly noted for its production of fine ka-la-na. Ka-la-na wine is reported to have an aphrodisiac effect on females. ...there is speculation
among people as to whether or not there
is a white kalana or not. looking back on
the scrolls has shown the color of the wine
to be translucent red; however, you will find those that will
ask for white. If a Master or Mistress asks for
white...give it to them...as a Master or Mistress
may not always be right, they are never wrong.

*Vessel to be served in: if warm or
chilled-a goblet, if heated-a footed or clay bowl
and poured at the Master or Mistress’ feet.
