He is still with Detroit. They would go on to win three more Stanley Cups wearing the Red jerseys. And he got his bobble head during his second season with the Flyers. He is currently married and has two children a boy, Xander, and a girl, Aurora.

With the exit of Luke Richardson, Brian Boucher, Rusty Fedetenko, and Luke Richardson the following season the original 2002 Stanley Cup winning Flyers never played on the same team. Bits and piece of the team would go on to play together on different teams, but never together again. The chemistry was never found again and it took the Flyers thirteen more years to find another Stanley Cup. None of the original team remained and most of them follow each other around the league. Jerseys have been retired and votes for induction to the Hall of Fame are being made, other rings have been won, other honors have been won, other banners were hung, other colors worn, other allegiances pledge to, but in the hearts they all bleed orange and black.

“A million to one outsiders. Nightblindness. Can't see. Your bright eyes are what. The time is. Twenty-five past eternity. Hear you listening. To the silence. Coming closer. Now further away. What we gonna do. When the money runs out. I wish that there was something left to say. Where we going to find the eyes to see. The bright of day…” David Gray “Nightblindness”
