Heather sprinted over to the door and stopped short to fix her hair. She
calmly opened the
door with a smile on her face and without looking started to say, “hey
gu......” but didn’t
get to finish her sentence because it was not the boys. It was Heather and
Jenn’s annoying
neighbor Ethel. “Oh hi Ethel.”, Heather said trying to retain her smile,
“What are you
doing her?” Ethel pushed her way past Heather and Jenn and proceeded her was
into the
living room. “I am so glad to see you are home!”, said Ethel excitedly, “I
was hoping we
could do something tonight. What do you want to do?” Jenn trying to kind as
she could
said, “Oh we are having some guests.” Ethel really becoming pushy now said,
“Great, I
can’t wait to meet them.” She winks obnoxiously. “Are they cute??” Heather
jumps in,
“Well, they are really shy and don’t live around here. Sorry, but maybe we
could do
something next weekend.” “Oh alright”, Ethel said sadly as she walked out the
door.
Heather shut it quickly so she could not say another word. She turned and
leaned against
the door, “Thank you.”, she said silently looking upward.
Right then the bell rang again. Frustrated Heather quickly turned and
flung the
door open, “Listen Ethel....”, she stopped short again only to be looking
straight at the
Backstreet Boys. Brian spoke first, “I thought my name is Brian.”Nick jumped
in, “I
thought your name was Mr. Perfect, Mr. Popularity, everybody loves you, every
girl
wants you, every guy wants to be you!” “Funny Frack, just about at funny as
your face!”,
Brian retorted. Jenn then interrupted the guys, “Why don’t you come in and
sit down. We
will take our bags to our rooms. Be right back.”
**With the guys**
“I hope they don’t figure out that we went in their bags.”, Howie said,
really
starting to worry that Jenn might be mad. “Oh they won’t notice.”, A.J. said
calmly. “Let’s
hope not.”, Brian said, not wanting Heather and him to fight anymore.
**With the girls**
The girls left the room and walked down the hall. They walked into
Heather’s blue
walled, blue carpeted room. Jenn flopped on her blue inflatable chair. (If
you couldn’t tell
Heather’s favorite color is blue) “Oh my God!”, Jenn exclaimed, “I can’t
believe they are
in my apartment.” “Your apartment, you mean OUR apartment.” “Oh fine. Come on
let’s
get back to the guys.” Heather jumps off her bed and runs to the door
tripping over her
bag. She leaned over to pick it up. “ Why is my bathing suit in the wrong
bag?”
