This website is dedicated in the memory of Firefighter Richard Devine, Pipeline 28/B, who died in the Line-of-Duty on July 29, 1999. It is also dedicated to Firefighter Charles Zintner, Pipeline 28/D, who passed away on August 31, 2000.
