Into a room I wandered one day,
Because I wanted checkers to play.
I searched for someone to play with me
Until you showed up and made me see,
That games on the net though simple and free,
Can build friendships together just like you and me.
And ever since that day we met.
We now know friends can be found on the net.
So should someday you hear the door chime.
It could be me, your friend til the end of time.
