It was a sad and lonely journey I made that day.
I couldn't bare to look into your eyes and say,
With remorse and pain in my heart,
Why I had to leave and thus depart.
They were wrong, my love, when they said to you,
That I was unfaithful, a cheater, untrue.
And as I made this journey of mine.
I wished my love, you would be fine.
For dangerous waters I had to face,
So you can forever from your memory erase,
The one and only true love you had,
And you'll realize one day I wasn't that bad.
You'll see that my love was faithful and true,
And for all eternity, I'll be dreaming of you.
