They finally reached Howie's house again. They all rushed in. They walked in, only to see Nick with a game controller in his hand.

"NICK!!!!" Kevin yelled angrily.

"What?"

"What do you think you're doing?"

"I think I'm playing a video game."

"Really? Is that what you think? And Brian would be . . .where?"

"Getting grub from the fridge."

"Ha ha ha. No, really, where is he?"

"Where did I just say?"

"Hey, Kev!" Brian said as he walked into the room with food piled in his arms.

"Uh, hi," Kevin answered akwardly.

Nick smirked at Kevin with an "I told you so," look.

"So, what's up?" Brian asked.

"Well, you do know that you were just unconscious and close to death, don't you?" Kevin asked mockingly.

"Yeah, Kev. Surprise, surprise, but I do."

Beth walked into the room and said, "Bad boy, Bri! Respect your elders!"

"Why is everyone turning against me?" Kevin whined.

"Shuttup. You're the responsible one!" A.J. cried.

"You look soooo familiar. Do I know you?" Brian asked Beth.

"I'm Beth Meyers, one of Kev's old friends," she responded.

"She's my best friend!" Kevin added.

"Nuh-uh, Kev. She's your fianceé." Brian said. The others stared at Kevin and Beth for their response.
