The staff was given to her by Celestial Sailor Moon. The Orb sits on the top and waits until it is needed. The staff is as long as her body.

Element Light Blind
“Element” Raises her staff and glows. “Light” She becomes a blur of light. “Blind” the light shoots out towards the enemy and into there eyes blinding them.
Complete Light
This is her attack using the Light Orb. “Complete” staff disappears and the Light Orb floats around her. “Light” the orb goes towards the target and makes either a light shield or attack.
Light Purify
“Light” staff disappears and the Light Orb floats around her. “Purify” Orb explodes making the entire place lighted.
