Hair: She has a dark brown hair color. It goes to her collar bone, and she has no bangs. In civilian form, she usually has the hair down, or braided into two pigtails. In Senshi form, she remains without bangs, and her hair is constantly changing. Sometimes she has her hair in braided pigtails, odangos (in which her hair grows out to her waist), or in a small braid put into a flat halo shape against her head. This last style is much like Relena Peacecraft's.

Build: Slender, Tough and Wiry, Well Toned Muscles

Unique Characteristics: Elyse has brown rimmed glasses in an oval-shape to match her hair color, eye color, and the shape of her eyes. She has 20/70 vision, and is nearsighted. She has a longer face until she smiles, and then she has a near perfectly shaped face. She is also unusually tall for her age, and is one of the tallest. She has bigger feet, and longer fingers than others. She is allergic to dust, and chalk dust, which makes her nose run. She has broader shoulders than most everyone else also.

Animal Guide: Elyse has a Shar-pei named Dakota for a few episodes. The Shar-pei is just a pup, and is incredibly wrinkly and adorable! She has a high-pitched, child-like voice. Her fur is tan-ish except for her paws, ears, and nose, which are very dark brown, almost black. She has brown eyes. After a few episodes, Dakota is killed in battle, protecting Sailor NeoElectra

Fuku: Skirt: Ruby red, Bows: Blue, with the back bow a little longer, like a Super Sailor's, Collar: Ruby red, with two white stripes, Necklace: Blue, Gloves: White, with blue edges. The gloves are up to her elbow. Tiara: Gold, with ruby red colored gemstone, Shoes: Ruby red, similar to Sailor Venus's, only up to her knees. Brooch: Her brooch is round, and looks like the Earth. Except that the water is blue, and the land is ruby red. Earrings: Tiny Blue Dots

Weapons: NeoElectra's weapon is a gift from her father. She wears a blue belt to hold it around her waist in her Senshi form. The sword has a blue handle, with a silver blade. There are ancient symbols on the blade.

Shock is a very simple attack, used to just stun the enemy for a few seconds.

NeoElectra Revenge Attack!

This attack is probably NeoElectra's most powerful attack. She uses her anger to power it.

NeoElectra Anger Surprise!

This attack is somewhat powerful. When NeoElectra is upset at a person enough to teach them a lesson, she uses this attack.

Background: Back in the Planet Quartet, about 1,000 years ago (Sounds like Usagi's story, huh?) NeoElectra lived with her siblings, Orestes, Chrysothemis, and Iphigenia. Her mother, however, wanted revenge on her father, so she killed him. She found followers whom believed what she was doing was right, and war broke out. Chrysothemis was sure that their mother was still good inside, but NeoElectra didn't agree. On her way to destroy Clytemnestra (their mother), Chrysothemis stopped NeoElectra and said that Agamemnon (their father) wouldn't want her to go attacking their mother. Once again, NeoElectra didn't agree. Chrysothemis tried to stop NeoElectra with an attack. Their powers at the same level, bright light filled the hallway and they were reborn in the future. Later, NeoElectra discovers that Agamemnon was not her father. Clytemnestra was not her mother. And her siblings? Well, they weren't her siblings at all. Her real mother is Sailor Electra, but I unfortunately can't tell anyone anything else yet, because that would spoil the story!

Strengths: Elyse is pretty strong compared to some of her friends.

Weaknesses: Elyse's biggest weakness is that she gets angry easily.

Future Goals: Elyse hopes to have dogs for her family, and maybe adopt a child, and get married. She also hopes to be a good musician.

Hobbies:Elyse's hobbies are mainly reading, computers, and her friends. She also likes to write and draw, as well as listen to music.

Family: Elyse's family (on Earth) is her mother, father, and two brothers, Julian, and Matt. Julian is her twin, whereas Matt is 21, and is no longer living at the house.

Became a senshi: One day at school, Elyse, Julian, Jennifer, and Ashley were playing basketball. One of them lost the ball under a fence, and they all scrambled under into the yard to retrieve it. They instead went into a little world, and Princess Kakyuu explained to them about their past. They were all Sailor Senshi.

Personality: Elyse is easy to get angry. She fights with her friends quite a bit, but is working on her temper. She's very sensitive when she's not angry. Elyse is a good listener but doesn't really like kids that well. She preferrs animals. At first, she might appear cold or shallow or something, but she's a very nice person.
