undefined The Elk County Christian High School Indoor Colorguard has been performing for the past six years.

The first year, 1996, the group performed to musical selections from "Annie".

In 1997, they paid a tribute to the father of one of the girls and performed to "Angels Among Us" by Alabama. (remember those bodysuits and tablecloths girls???) :)

The guard continued to perform, improving every year. And this was no exception when they took "The Greatest Love of All" by Whitney Houston to the floor.

Their fourth year, 1999, was a year of change. Mr. Jim Schaeffer became the designer of the groups show, while still under the instruction of Mrs. Schreiber. Toy Story was the main theme of this years show. They portrayed what really happens when the toys are left alone. Fresh from Boot Camp, the platoon performs the maneuvers of flag, rifle and saber. As the show came to an end, the toy soldiers faithfully returned to the silent vigil of guarding their play room.

2000 marked the guard's best show yet. They performed to the music "Flood," by Jars of Clay. The show included a combination of flag, rifle, and dance. The group finished 3rd in Chapter 11. They also traveled to Wildwood, NJ for the All Chapter Championships held on May 5-7. There, they finished 16 out of 37. This show was truly their mark of the millenium.
