On September 22, 2006, D-Generation X invaded the Global Wrestling Federation. Recently suspended, or in one case, fired, these five man had had enough of the behind the scenes power of the Hogan family. Week in and week out, the members of DX would continue to make their presence felt, hassling Dan the Man, Bazooka Joe, Jazzy Jeff Hunter, ''Nature Boy'' John Hunter, and World Cruiserweight Champion Laser as much as possible. Eventually their influence and interference was too much to ignore, and GWF President Gene Hogan, Jr. was forced to reinstate all five men on one condition. They will have to defeated the New Elite at Total Elimination 5.

PJ PLUSH: PJ Plush is a well-accomplished wrestler, trained by Taz and Perry Saturn in ECW's heyday. Along with Z-Man, Danny Doring, and Roadkill, Plush is one of the House of Hardcore's most successful graduates. Plush and Z-Man pay tribute to their instructors, using Saturn and Kronus' Total Elimination and variations of Taz' katahajime. Plush has held all of the major titles in the GWF, including one of the most impressive title reigns since the GWF's comeback in 1991. Now, with girlfriend Heather Carter by his side and as a part of the new DX, Plush could be unstoppable.

Z-MAN: Z-Man, a native of Pittsburgh, PA, comes from the same training background as PJ Plush. Whereas Plush's in-ring style is closer to that of Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, Z-Man is more likely to remind you of Taz or Chris Beniot. His vicious tenacity in the ring is rivalled by no one. This multi-time World Heavyweight champion will target several body parts in a match and finish an opponent off with any number of power moves or submission holds. Z-Man is DX's enforcer, and a force to be reckoned with.

RAZORBLADE: Razorblade, who originally came to the GWF as part of an invasion angle with the now defunct EBW, was trained by Stevie Richards and Nova. After a few dark matches in ECW, he made the rounds in the independents in the Philadelphia area, making a name for himself. With a style modeled after his idols, Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels, this former World Heavyweight Champion is a dangerous competitor, as he proved in a brutal, bloody bout with Z-Man at Summer Slaughter. Blade can brawl with the best of them while also being able to take care of business on the mat. Once he hits his Cutting Edge cradle powerbomb, there are few who are able to recover.

THE EXTREME EXPRESS: Tommy Lynn and Lance Andrews bring new meaning to the word extreme. Both are from Philadelphia, and grew up idolizing the hardcore warriors of ECW. They commenced their wrestling careers with OMEGA in North Carolina, where they trained with Matt & Jeff Hardy, Shannon Moore, and Shane Helms. After a year, they wrestled in various promotions in the Mid-Atlantic region earning a reputation for hard-hitting, high flying, death defying matches. They quickly snared tag team gold in the GWF upon their arrival, and later broke up and feuded over the Philadelphia Championship. Now, reunited as a team and a part of DX, there's no telling how far this team will go.
