BREAKING NEWS: The GWF presents When Worlds Collide in conjunction with PWU, PWA, and TNA on Saturday, November 24, 2007 in Philadelphia. The main event is an elimination tag team match featuring Booker T, Bazooka Joe, Razorblade, and the Backseat Boys squaring off against Christian Cage, Dan the Man, PWU World Champion Devon Moore, and the SAT. The card will also feature several match-ups in the Cruiser Cup tournament.

Johnny Stamboli, Samu, and Kimo have been released from the GWF. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

The GWF is proud to announce the signing of former TNA star Matt Bentley, Mid-Atlantic standout Jason Dunn, and former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lynn. Look for all three men soon on GWF programming.

Maven, Mikey Whipwreck, Jason Knight, Haku, and the Barbarian have all been released from their contracts. Lance Storm has officially retired from professional wrestling. The GWF wishes all of these men the best in their future endeavors.

Negotiations are underway for another When Worlds Collide event, featuring the wrestlers of the GWF and TNA, to occur during the Shore Tour later this summer.

When GWF returns from it's winter break; Jazz, Redd Dogg, Amy Dumas, and Doug Basham are all scheduled to appear on upcoming episodes of Friday Night Fights! Also, Tatanka has signed a Legend's Contract with the GWF!

In response to the WWE's handling of their ECW brand, the ECW World Heavyweight Championship match for When Worlds Collide has been cancelled and replaced by a six man tag team bout featuring some of the sport's greatest legends.
