D-Generation X were shown in the back. They delivered a list of reasons why the Hogan family needed to be taken out. DX then stated that the president of the GWF himself stipulated that the losing team would be suspended for thirty days, and that the winning team would all get title shots of their choosing.

So Cal Val interviewed Francine. Francine guaranteed that her protege would be competing for a title by the next GWF Pay Per View, Extreme Extravaganza, on January 6, 2007 in Phoenix, AZ.

    (2) Heather Carter defeated World Women's Champion Gail Kim and Taylor Edwards in a Three Way Dance in 7:44. Gail Kim pinned Taylor Edwards after a top rope huricanrana at 7:01. Kim tweaked her knee on the move, which allowed Heather Carter to hit a Shining Wizard and a 450 Elbow Drop for the win and her second reign as champion.

Dustin Rhodes was shown in the back pumping up his team, talking about the history of the Rhodes-Flair feud.

David Flair was shown getting his team fired up, saying he was disgusted with his father for actually teaming with Dusty Rhodes.

    (3) Dustin Rhodes, Excalibur, Jungle Jim Cole, Stardust, and Andromeda defeated David Flair, Azrael, Maven, ''Cowboy'' Chris Mason, and Lariat in 18:00 in an Elimination Match. Cole pinned Maven after a Jungle Boogie and a Pounce at 1:09. Maven ran back in moments later and viciously attacked Cole, allowing Mason to cover him at 1:51. Andromeda countered a Fisherman's suplex with an inside cradle to pin the much more experienced Lariat at 6:11. Mason obliterated Andromeda with a lariat of his own and pinned her at 6:16, infuriating Stardust. Stardust's fury was his undoing, as he ran into a lariat leading to his elimination at 6:32. Azrael pinned Excalibur after hitting his new move, a top rope tombstone he calls Hasatan, at 13:22. After a lot of double teaming from Flair and Mason, Rhodes rallied back. Mason walked out on Flair after falling victim to a little flip, flop, and fly at 16:54. Rhodes dropped Flair with the Final Cut and forced him to submit to a figure four leglock to win the match.

    (4) Hanzo defeated Philadelphia Champion Wildfire, Bulldog, and Sgt. Rex Patterson in a 4 Way Dance to win the Philadelphia Championship in 12:25. This match was insane and went all over the arena. Six minutes had gone by before all four men were in the ring at once, and all four were busted wide open. Sgt. Rex Patterson was eliminated after nearly being decapitated by the Hanzo Sword before being finished off with a Flamethrower from Wildfire at 8:03. Later, Bulldog went for a spear, and Wildfire connected with a home-run swing of a bat to knock him out. Before he could capitalize, Hanzo nailed him with the Hanzo Sword and the Way of the Samurai to eliminate the champion at 11:58. The groggy Bulldog was easy pickings for the Hanzo Sword, enabling the Japanese hardcore sensation to win his first title in the states.

So Cal Val interviewed Superstar Magnum. Magnum said he could careless about all the attention paid to DX and the New Elite, because tonight he will be the highlight of the GWF when he wins the World Heavyweight Championship.

The Commish announced that whoever the World Heavyweight Champion is at the end of the night will meet Chris Jericho at the next FNF.

Cactus forced Bradley to submit to the Mandible Claw after blasting him with a barbed wire baseball bat at 2:22. Heidenreich pinned Valentine after a Doomsday Device at 3:11 and Animal pinned Honky after the same move at 5:03. Neidhart fell victim to a Doomsdy Device, Double Armed DDT, and Superfly Splash before Snuka pinned him to end the match. Afterwards, Cactus handed the Legend's title to his idol as the fans chanted ''Superfly.''

    (6) World Tag Team Champions Death & Destruction (w/ the Army of Darkness) defeated the Hellraisers (w/ Spike Grey), the Hotsteppers, and the Samoan Gangsta Party in a 4 Way Dance in 9:18. The Insane Clown Posse performed their song ''Halls of Illusions'' for the Army of Darkness' entrance. The AoD saw to it that D&D retained their titles. After the Hellraisers eliminated the Hotsteppers when Ali pinned the Mack after a KO at 6:09, Monoxide Mare attacked the referee, allowing the Army into the ring. ICP double teamed Malcolm, Roberts attacked Grey, and Brutus helped Death and Destruction handle Ali and the Samoan Gangsta Party. Malcolm eventually fell victim to the Death Row double powerbomb at 7:56. Samu was taken out with the Death Sentence double chokeslam to give D&D the win. The Army of Darkness celebrated in the ring after the match.

Kid Kash was shown in the back. He challenged Billy Kidman to a match on FNF.

So Cal Val interviewed Kurt Angle in the ring. Angle said he's going to take it easy with his schedule for awhile. But after he's done handling Samoa Joe, he's going to enter the Supertitan Competition for a shot at the GWF World Heavyweight Championship at Battle of the Titans XVII.

A video aired on the history of the Hogan family in wrestling, and then on their recent problems with DX.

FX, Man Mountain Matthews, ''Nature Boy'' John Hunter, ''Cowboy'' Chris Mason, and Lariat all came to ringside in support of the New Elite. The New Elite made individual entrances, but D-Generation X came out as a whole. Razorblade said that they figured that the New Elite would bring some back up, so they did the same. Chris Jericho, Bruce Hart, TJ Wilson, and Nattie Neidhart came out to a tremendous ovation.

    (7) VS.
D-Generation X (PJ Plush, Z-Man, Razorblade, Tommy Lynn, and Lance Andrews) defeated the New Elite (Dan the Man, Bazooka Joe, the Rocker, Jazzy Jeff Hunter, and World Cruiserweight Champion Laser) in an Elimination Match in 29:51. Z-Man forced Laser to tap out after a Z-Line at 5:32. The Extreme Express took out Bazooka Joe with the KO, but a huge brawl erupted, and in the confusion the Hunters laid out the Express with two Conchairtos. Jazzy Jeff pinned Lance Andrews as Joe covered Tommy Lynn right after that at 9:11 for a double pin. Rocker eliminated Razorblade after an Enter Sandman at 19:22. PJ Plush eliminated Dan the Man with a ura-nage after Bruce Hart clocked him with a chair at 24:15. With the sides even, the Stampede clan at ringside chased away the Hogan family, allowing Z-Man to lock Jazzy Jeff in the Crippler Crossface as PJ Plush trapped Rocker in the Sharpshooter. Both men tapped out, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

  • SURVIVORS:PJ Plush & Z-Man

PJ Plush thanked the crowd. He announced that DX is officially disbanded, and all five guys will go back to doing their own thing. Z-Man reminded fans that all five of them gained a free shot at any title they want in the next 30 days while the New Elite is suspended.

    (8) World Heavyweight Champion Merlin defeated Superstar Magnum by pinfall in 22:31. Francine revealed that she is Merlin's new manager! She accompanied the World's champ to the ring. Magnum gained an early advantage, using his size and strength to ground Merlin. The champ suffered through several backbreakers, a torture rack, a spinebuster, and a powerslam before being locked in a bearhug. Merlin broke the hold with a box to the ears and then a spinning heel kick. Merlin picked up the pace and controlled the match. Magnum later gained control after Merlin missed a senton bomb, but it didn't last as he missed a clothesline and was superkicked. Merlin DDTed Magnum and went for the 540 Splash when Francine shoved him to the mat! She tried to help Magnum to his feet, but unfortunately Merlin got up first and dropped her with a superkick! He nearly beheaded the kneeling Magnum with a roundhouse kick before scaling the ropes and nailing the 540 for the victory.
