Stuff I like
MOVIES
Independence Day- Most definately my favorite movie
Phenomenon- Nobody coulda done better than John Travolta in that movie
Ghostbusters 1 and 2- All I can say is those were rad
The Shawshank Redemption- Most of ya prolly never heard of this one, its one of those prison movies
The Ernest Movies- all of em were cool
Micheal- another John Travolta classic, about an angel that really loves fun
What About Bob?- Bill Murray was awesome in this one, old Bob was a bit mental
Groundhog Day- If 3 times is a charm, you gotta wonder how much better Groundhog day got for Phil Conners.
Armageddon- I just saw that one, very good movie.
The Goonies- I pretty much grew up with this movie.
Happy Gilmore- Gotta be the funniest movie Ive ever seen
The Odd Couple 2- Nothing better than 2 old men in a word war when theyre 200 miles in the desert
Beavis and Butthead Do America- Hilarious
TV SHOWS
The Three Stooges- no wonder Curly is stupid, look how many times Moe beat him up
The Crocodile Hunter- This is one of the funniest shws Ive seen, and as well as getting a laugh from it, Ive learned alot from it too
Wrestling- fake, yet cool
Letterman and Leno- Um yeah Leno does have a distinguished chin but hes cool
Who wants to be a millionaire?- Eat your heart out Alex Trebek
Southpark- Mr Mackey is the best one, mkay?
ACTORS
John Travolta- There isnt a part he cant play
Jim Varney- Starred in the Ernest movies as well as the Beverly hillbillies movie
Bill Murray- Mr Comedy himself, I dig all his movies
Jeff Goldblum- Starred in such movies as Jurassic Park and Independence Day, and in both hes a funny genius
Walter Matheau(sp?)- Awesome old guy, nothing beats the funny old man!
Dan Akryod- Give him a part, he'll play it
MUSIC BANDS
Late 80's/Early 90's bands. What, pray tell, happened to Guns n' Roses, Queensryche, Faith no more, etc etc? All of this music reminds me of that beautiful time in my life when I jad no worries at all.
Metallica- by far the best band in my eyes, even though theyre SELL OUTS! Theyve stood the test of time, I believe their first album came out around 1982 or 1983.
Queensryche- Prolly never heard of em, theyre a cool 80s band
Slayer- Awesome band
Less than Jake- Im new on them but theyre cool
Suicidal Tendencies- Another 80's punk/metal band
The Jerky Boys- not really music, but prank phone calls instead, theyre HILARIOUS
WORDS OR PHRASES
Drop the vernacular- Means to talk so people can understand you, heard this phrase from the three stooges.
Word- Means "cool"
Rad- Another expression for "cool"
Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk- I dunno what Id call this, but its a cool laugh. Thanks Curly.
Have you ever seen the Great Wall of China? No, but Ive seen a pretty big electric fence from (Any town here)- Another 3 stooges one
mack- to try to impress a member of the opposite sex
mack radius- how good you can mack, a stud has a huge mack radius, a pud like me just plain doesnt have one
hooch- when I use it, always a chick
bus it- wait for the bus...better known as sitting on the steps by the memorial thingie in the park
bench it- sit at a park bench
kosher- cool
man, (any word here) man, (same word)- just say it out of the blue
BOOKS
Mankinds book- very good one, if ya need a laugh read it
To Kill a Mockingbird- I found it slow to start, but after reading it found it very good.
Phillip tome's book about PA in the 1800's- think Kane is small now? Ole' Phillip came through here in 1840, in other words before Kane existed. Really neat book though, talked about the mountain lions and bears that used to live here
OTHER STUFF
Liquid Mercury- That stuff is like rad, even though its poisonous and stuff
Winsors site, man that thing is cool.
Fireworks- especially if Im the one lighting them off
