(Eddie):Who came up with the band name???

(Bruce):I came up with the name after about 2 months of brain drain.

(Eddie):Tell us a little history how the band formed???

(Bruce):In early 1998, i joined forces with long time friends Phil Evans, Chris Mieras, and Felipe Reyes. In June of that same year, the line up was complete with the addition of U.S. Air Force member Riko Ramirez. This combination resulted in a volatile mixture soon to be named HumanNail. HumanNail’s wide variety of influences create an intense fusion of Progressive/Alternative metal, Grind core, and regular old rock and roll. On their self- produced debut CD ‘My World’, HumanNail was able to capture the raw power of their live performance that has given them a loyal following not only in their local city but surrounding areas as well. From the metal/rap grind of "Swallow Me Down" to the infectious life battles of "Long Gone Yesterday" which spent a reputable 5 weeks at #1 on the internet’s nationally acclaimed MP3.com, HumanNail has the ability to take you from one musical world to the next without skipping a beat.HumanNail is gearing up for small tours to help promote the debut Cd ‘My World’
