Millenium.... This is the full documentation of the evolution of
graffiti in Philadelphia threw our eyes. Represented are the individuals
that have propelled the movement since its inception, and the ones
who continue to evolve graffiti into the new millenium. This site will also
evolve, updates will be made regularly. It is our intention to promote
writers that are already established (no toys), with no bias against any
