When I was competiting in The Site Fights, there was a lady that I met, her name is Darcie. She added me to her icq list and we started chatting. During this time we got to know one another, and became very fast friends. We chatted almost every day while she was at work and every evening as well.
After awhile my life got alittle busy and I found myself not getting on the net as much. Then when I would get on, I found myself going in another direction and getting into other things on the net and not really into chatting. I have had a few friendships on the net that I felt were very important to me that faded out and I suppose I was afraid that ours were going to fade as well and I didnt feel I could go thru that again. Even though every now and then we would email each other, we didnt chat for the longest time.
I have recently gotten in contact with Darcie again, after deciding to get back into the web site competitions to ask her about the one she is in. Now im happy to report that her and I are chatting again. She is a very remarkable person and the type of person that anyone would be lucky to have as a friend. Not once did she say to me about up and leaving and start demanding things on me. She trusted me enough to allow me into her life again and Im very happy that we are chatting again. To be honest once we started chatting again, it seemed like no time as past!
