"DAMN THAT HURTS!!!" Sheridan Crane tried as hard as she could NOT to cry, especially not to cry infront of the person she thought she hated most. "Hold on Sheridan! Just HANG ON!" Luis Lopez-fitzgerald said as he held the wound of Sheridan's bleeding knee. Everyone now had left the Youth Centre; there sat Sheridan and Luis; mortal enemies, though it seemed as though they were close friends now, sitting by the door of the equipment closet; equipment scattered about. "You should be way more careful Sheridan." Luis sighed as he started to put rubbing alcohol on her knee. "I'm sorry...OUCH! That hurts a lot, are you sure this is for the good? It REALLY hurts..."Sheridan's eyes filled with tears. She lay there now, her face looking down at her bleeding knee. Luis sat leg crossed with her leg over his while he bandaged it.
Is there ANYTHING you can do to make the hurt go away?" Sheridan's eyes filled with tears spilled down her face. She had a tiny little accident putting away the equipment. Luis smiled staring deep into her eyes. The eyes of a Crane, hmmm, she was so uncrane. She was kind, She had a heart, she cared for the youths at the centre. "There is only ONE thing I can do that usually does the trick." "ANYTHING" Sheridan said as she turned away prepared for a LOT of pain.
Luis gently stroked the wound. He bent her knee slightly..."OUCH" Sheridan cried. He lowered his head, leveled with the knee, he dabated on wheter it would work...he starred Sheridan in the eye, she starred back confused on what he was doing. He he broke the connection and softly kissed her wounded knee. It was as though a butterfly kissed her knee.
Sheridan's eyes stopped to water. Her pain, which hurt her a LOT, stopped. Sheridan had realized the real pain. It was the pain that she THOUGHT he hated her, the kiss made her certain it was no longer unrequited love. The way he kissed it made her certain. She felt the tingle, she KNEW. She slowly said, "Luis, it also hurts on my hand." She held out her hand, he kissed it gently. "it, it, it REALLY hurts on my head..."She said making it sound obvious it didn't. She rubbed it as she said this. He removed her hand clutching it in his, and bent closer to kiss her head.
She closed her eyes and subtley whispered with an intake of breath, "It ALSO hurts, really hurts, on my mouth..." With this Luis brought his lips to hers, they met and imediatly kissed eachother. Soft slow kisses. Short, slow, sweet powerful kisses.
Sheridan backed away and smiled at Luis as she said softly, "It feels much, much better." She kissed him, longer this time. Luis backed away as he replyed, "I knew it would work, it ALWAYS works." He kissed her again. "you know Sheridan, I really do hate you." They kissed more
"You know, I hate you much more, arogant cop." They continued to kiss. "I hate you the MOST!" He was about to kiss her when she backed away firmly, "Do you REALLY hate me?"
Luis stood up firmly, and rough. "How could I hate you Sheridan? I hate your family yeah, but you are so uncrane. I hate fighting you, I hate you hating me, I hate pretending to hate you when, really, really, I Love you Sheridan! I want to be with you, I know that it probably can't happen, but I want to. I am so inlove with you, I love you Sheridan Crane."
Sheridan's eyes filled with Romance, hope of a true love, filled with love. She started to speak, "I love you Luis. I hated you when we first met, but I hate good reason, you arrested me and took me to the police station. But at Pilars, I fell inlove with you, I wanted you so badly in the tango, but I knew you hated me..I, I, I...." Her voice cracked. "Stop..." Luis put his fingers over her mouth, sitting back down again. She kissed them sweetly. She then took it, stood above him pulling him up, she stepped over the equpiment that was all over the place; she reached for a one of those mats that you high jump over and lay it down as a bed. She brought it closer. Luis starred into her deep blue, beautiful eyes as he embraced her kissing her head, moving down to her neck. They sat on the matress. She let him continue as she started kissing his and pulled him down. They were lying there now. Lying there, kissing.
The darkness of outside peered into the gym, and nothing could be heard except for the romantic sound of Luis and Sheridan falling even deeper inlove.
Let's go...
