“a baby?” Luis asked shocked.
“Our baby.” Sheridan half smiled, looking very hopefull.
“How can it be our baby you have … in there?” Luis looked at her stomach. It was flat and looked normal.
“Luis…do you really need me to remind you on how we concieved the baby?”
“Paris?” Luis guessed.
“Paris.” Sheridan answered.
“Oh…” Luis sighed. He wanted to cry so badly remembering the good and bad things that went on then.
~*flashback*~
Sheridan and Luis entered her hotel room. Pierre and Roger were arrested, and Sheridan and Luis shared a feeling of relief. Luis smiled at Sheridan and rubbed her ankle. “You’re really something.” He whispered.
“What?” Sheridan tried to hide her smile.
“Oh…y’know…you’re really brave.” He pulled her ankle up on his lap. Be began to message it lightly, “Oh…I was just thinking about the vent…”
“Ah.” Sheridan’s smile was now fully evident.
“I finally told you…” Luis paused and frowned, “You never said…”
“I didn’t have time, Luis.” She grinned, “I needed to tell you exactly what I thought.”
“Oh…” Luis smiled again, “and that would be?”
“Well…after hearing you say you really cared about me…and you possibly were in love with me…I could now easily tell you my answer.” Sheridan was now glowing.
“Sheridan…wha—“
“shhh…” Sheridan interupted, “Here’s the first part of my explanation…” Sheridan pulled up and wrapped her arms around a stunned Luis, “See and if you can’t understand body language…” Sheridan pulled his head gently nearer to hers and placed a warm loving kiss on his lips. "I’m in love with you too, Luis.”
“really?” Luis asked like a little boy.
“I do.” Sheridan bit her bottom lip, “For a while now…which is why I had left harmony…’cause of that imposter…”
“I told you already that was me…”
“and I will get to the bottom of that…”
“But…”
“Nu uh…shh…not untill after I do something more important.” Sheridan took Luis’s hand and interlocked them.
“What could that be?” Luis questioned. “You can’t do anything with that ankle of yours…”
“Oh…what I want to do won’t effect my ankle…” Sheridan said seductively, “But … I’ll need you as a partner…”
“Sheridan…you’ve had too much for a day…take a rest.” Luis was shocked.
“No, trust me…I know exactly what I’m doing and what I want to do.”
“Sheridan…you’re tierd…if someday you regret it…I don’t want to –“
“I’d never regret it Luis. I told you already, I love you.”
“and I love you too…but…”
“Luis…just…please…make love to me?”
“Sheridan…don’t get me wrong…I love you…and would love to make love to you…and trust me I want you badly…but…are you sure we’re ready for this?”
“Okay…I’m ready…if I weren’t ready, I wouldn’t have asked.” Sheridan smiled again and pulled him down ontop of her. She began to kiss him fiercely, and then suddenly shrieked with pain. “Ow.”
“What? Sheridan are you okay?” Luis asked breathing heavily.
“I’m fine…it’s just..this damn ankle…this couch isn’t gonna do it…Luis take me to the bedroom please?”
“Well…of course…” With that, Luis swept her in his arms and carried her off.
When they got in Luis lay her down softly on the bed. He slowly stroked her cheek and smiled lovingly at her. Her eyes were glistening with sparkles of love and hope. He kissed her lips softly with increasing passion leading to much love. She pulled off his shirt and rubbed his back with the back of her hand. She kissed his neck lightly and he pulled off her shirt. They both removed their socks. [I just realized that no one ever made them take off socks..so today they’re taking off ALL their clothes! Hehehe] Sheridna and Luis kissed one last time when Luis whispered in her ear, “Are you sure?”
“This is the most sure thing in my life, right now Luis.” Sheridan kissed back.
“I do love you.”
“I do too.” Sheridan kissed his neck, “I do love you, too.”
Sheridan and luis continued their journey to that spiritual place and made love.
The next day Sheridan and Luis woke up in eachothers arms. Luis sat up and gazed at her. “I love you Sheridan Crane.” He whispered and kissed his finger, and placed the kiss on her lips.
Sheridan slowly awakened, her eyes still closed, “Luis…” She smiled. Luis bent down and kissed her lips. “I love you Luis…” Luis smiled, “you sure showed me that last night.”
“Ummm…” Sheridan grinned remembering.
“Well…Sheridan…we better get up and pack…”
”What?” Sheridan interupted confused.
“We’re gonna head back to Harmony aren’t we?”
“no…I don’t think so!”
“Sheridan…I have to go home…”
“Luis…I can’t!”
“Sheridan…don’t be pigheaded…just…let’s go home…”
“Luis we can’t be together if we go home…”
“we can’t stay here forever!”
“I’m not going home, Luis.”
“Well…I’m leaving today.”
Sheridan was annoyed, but fought back her tears, “fine then! GO HOME!”
“I am going…sheridan…you have to…I just told you I lvoed you…does that mean ANYTHING to you?”
“Luis…it meant everything to me! I don’t want to go home and ruin everything…Luis…Please…stay a little while more…I can’t go back…you know I love you…you know I want you to stay and be with me.”
“Sheridan…I can’t! mama…and my family and my job…”
“Luis…please…” Sheridan was now crying.
“Just come home with me!”
“I can’t!” She reached for Luis as they held eachother in a warm emrbace.
“I have to go Sheridan…”
“Will you come back to me?”
“One day…I will…Oh Sherian…just come!”
“I’ll wait for you…I’ll love you…just come back one day…”
“I don’t want to leave you…”
“just leave Luis…you said you had to…”
“I do love you, Sheridan.”
“I know.” Luis then left.
~*End Flashback*~
“You didn’t come with me Sheridan…why?” Luis asked.
“I didn’t want to…I couldn’t come back to harmony Luis…we wouldn’t be able to be together…we wouldn’t be…”
“So…you came back now…”
“I have your baby. Fourth week.” Sheridan smiled. It just made Luis break down, pulling Sheridan to him holding her tight. “I do…you know?”
“I do love you too…Luis. And I want you to love our baby just as much…”
“we’re going to raise it together?”
“if…”
“what?”
“Come back to Paris with me?”
“No. YOU stay in harmony…our families are here…”
“EXACTLY.” Sheridan whined.
“Sheridan…”
“Luis, we love eachother…a lot, right?”
“Right.”
“Then…we should be together…and raise our family…” she stroked her stomach, “and we shouldn’t let people stop us…and if we could help it, we should stay as far away from our family..my family as possible.”
“Sheridan…” Luis pulled her close, “as long as I’m with you.”
“So you’ll come to paris with me?”
“Only for a while…we can’t hide forever…”
“well fine then…untill then…”
“Sheridan.” Luis finally kissed her, a warm passionate kiss. “Sheridan…I believe if we’re going to have a family…we should get married.”
“I agree…”
“In harmony.”
Sheridan looked at Luis, “Deal.”
“we’re going to raise our baby…”
“and it’ll be perfect!”
“and it’ll always be loved…”
“and she’ll have the coolest daddy…”
“and the most beautiful mommy…”
“She will be the most loved baby in this world…”

“whatever! She’ll be a she and she’ll love coloured sprinkles!”
