1 cup white flour
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 onion
2 potatoes boiled & cut into pieces
4 tbsp green peas boiled
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
salt to taste
5 tbsp oil
Method :
1. Add salt & cumin seeds to white flour & make a dough out of it. Keep aside.
2. For the filling, warm oil in a pan.
3. Add onions, when pink, add ginger garlic paste & green chillies.
4. When onions turn brown, add salt, dhania, turmeric, red chillie & garam masala powder.
5. Add potatoes & peas. Keep on low flame for 5 minutes & then put if off & keep aside.
6. Make small balls from the dough. Roll like a puri & cut into a semi circle. Fold the semi-circle like a cone & put the filling in it & close with maida-water paste& press with fork to seal edges.
7. Deep fry till golden. Serve hot with chutney.
