1 cup semolina
11/2 cup sour yogurt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda bicarb
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
7-8 curry leaves
3 tbsp grated coconut
Method :
1. Mix semolina with yogurt, add salt, soda bicarb & turmeric.
2. Steam in a heat proof deep plate for 20-25 minutes.
3. Temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves & sprinkle over on top.
4. Sprinkle grated coconut over it & serve hot with green chutney.
