Paneer Fingers



Tasty bread fingers with paneer stuffing

Ingredients :


7- Bread slices
200 gms grated paneer
1 red bell pepper cut into tiny cubes
1/2 cup peas
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
corriander leaves chopped finely

Method :


1. Mix together all the ingredients except bread slices

2. Wet the bread slices slightly; put the filling in the center; roll the bread slices & tie it up with some thread.

3. Keep the rolls in a muslin cloth. Freeze them for an hour.

4. Shallow fry or deep fry the rolls till they turn golden brown. Remove the thread before deep frying the rolls.

5. Serve the paneer fingers with ketchup or corriander/mint chutney.
