2 cups spaghetti
2 cups milk
5 tbsp butter
5 tbsp white flour
1/2 cup white flour
100 gms grated cheese
3 green chillies chopped
a handful of corriander leaves chopped
celery(opt)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
Method :
1. Melt butter in a pan, add 5 tbsp flour, & stir on a low flame for few minutes. Add milk & stir till the mixture gets thick. Cool.
2. To the above sauce, add spaghetti, chillies, corriander, cheese, celery & salt. Make balls.
3. Make a paste with 1/2 cup white flour & some water.
4. Dip the balls in the paste. Roll in bread crumbs & deep fry till golden brown.
