Egg & Potato Rolls



An ideal cocktail snack

Ingredients :


5 boiled eggs
2 potatoes boiled & mashed
3 tbsp bread crumbs
2 green chilles chopped
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp lime juice
salt to taste

Method :


1. Mix together all the above ingredients except for the eggs.

2. Make balls out of the mixture & flatten the ball & cover the eggs with the potato mixture.

3. Deep fry till golden brown.

4. While serving cut into 2 halves & serve with ketchup.
