a few leaves of palak
1 tbsp milk
2 potatoes
2 tbsp cheese grated
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp paneer grated
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
Method :
1. Boil & mash the potatoes.
2. Make a paste out of the palak by adding some milk into it.
3. To the mashed potato, add 2 tbsp palak paste, & the rest of the ingredients, except paneer.
4. Make small balls, flatten them & stuff paneer in it ; & then fold & shape them like a kabab & deep fry till golden.
5. Serve hot with corriander or mint chutney.
