8 slices bread
1 cup grated cheese
salt to taste
5 green chillies chopped
a handful of corriander leaves chopped finely
1 tsp lemon juice
Method :
1. Dip the bread slices in water & sqeeze them dry.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients well.
3. Flatten the soaked bread slightly; put filling in the center & roll into a ball.
4. Deep fry the cheesy bread rolls till golden brown.
5. When serving, cut the ball into 2 & serve hot with mint or corriander chutney.
