Crispy Triangles



Triangles with a wonderful stuffing of palak & paneer

Ingredients :


3 strips of puff pastry dough
100 gms paneer
a few spinach leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp amchoor powder
1 tbsp butter

Method :


1. Chop the spinach leaves finely

2. Stir fry them in butter. Add salt, red pepper, & amchoor powder. Take off flame. Cool.

3. Add panner to it & mix well.

4. Cut puff pastry sheets into squares.

5. Put filling in the center & fold it like a triangle & seal the edges well.

6. Bake at 200 degrees F for 20 minutes.
