A yummy potato roll wrapped up in a roti - the chutneys make it more chatpata

Ingredients :


2 potatoes boiled & mashed
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas,etc) boiled
3 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tsp lime juice
a bunch corriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp jeera powder
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
2 tbsp corriander chutney
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup white flour
salt to taste

Method :


1. Make a dough out of white flour, & salt. Apply some oil & keep aside.

2. Mix together mashed potatoes, & boiled vegetables. Add breadcrumbs, lime juice, jeera powder, salt,& corriander leaves & make rolls out of the mixture. Deep fry the rolls.

3. When serving, make roti out of the dough & roast on tawa on both sides.

4. Apply green chutney, tamarind chutney, some chopped onions on it; put the potato roll & roll the roti & secure with a tooth-pick.
