1 cup chana dal
1 onion chopped fine
a handful corriander leaves
2 green chilles chopped finely
5 curry leaves
1 tsp jeera
salt to taste
Method :
1. Soak dal for 3 hours.
2. Strain & grind the dal
3. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
4. Shape into balls & flatten them & deep fry till golden.
