Spring Rolls



Chinese Appetizer- An all-time delicacy

Ingredients :


1 carrot cut into thin long strips
6 beans cut into thin long strips
1 small red bell pepper cut into thin long strips
3 tbsp cabbage chopped fine
2 tbsp bean sprouts
2 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
6 spring onion chopped fine
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
a pinch of aji-no-moto
1 cup white flour

Method :


1. Fry onions in butter till pink. Add garlic & green chillies.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir fry on high flame till done. Keep aside.

3. Add salt to the white flour & knead it to a dough.

4. Roll the dough out like puris. Put in the filling & fold the puri to form a roll. Seal the edges with a paste made out of maida & water.

5. Deep fry & serve hot with sweet & sour sauce.
