1/2 kg chicken drumsticks
1 egg
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tbsp white flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp ginger paste
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
a few drops of lime
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
a pinch of aji-no-moto
Method :
1. Mix together white flour, cornflour, red chillie powder, soya sauce, salt, pepper, aji-no-moto, egg, ginger & garlic.
2. Marinate for 1/2 an hour.
3. Deep fry till golden.
4. Serve hot with sweet & sour sauce.
