Spinach Paratha


Ingredients :


2 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
a few spinach leaves (15-20)
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
200 gms paneer grated (optional)

Method :


1. Grind the spinach leaves to a smooth paste by adding a little milk.

2. Knead the flour with the spinach paste. Add spinach paste 1 spoon at a time; making sure that the dough doesnt get very soft.

3. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts & roll into rounds by using little flour. (Optional : - Put the paneer stuffing in the center; fold all the edges together; roll again.)

4. Fry on tawa on both sides. When almost done; add ghee on both sides. Serve hot.
