Vermicelli Salad



Ingredients :


1/2 pack Vermicelli (green bean thread)
1/2 cup fungus mushrooms boiled
1/2 cup carrots sliced finely
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar

Method :


1. Soak vermicelli in water. Boil them & then cut into 4" pieces.

2. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves
