Spinach Soup



Ingredients :


1 pack - Fresh Spinach leaves
2 tbsp - cream
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter

Method :


1. Grind spinach leaves in the mixer by adding some water. Grind it to a smooth paste.

2. Melt butter in a pan, add the spinach paste & some water & bring it to the soup consistency.

3. When it boils, add salt & pepper to taste.

4. Garnish with cream.
