The Power Rangers upgrade their Zeo powers to Turbo powers. This is because they go up against Divatox who is after a friend of Zordon's named Lerigot. Rocky injures his back and passes his powers on to the 11 year old Justin. The rangers are as follows: Tommy=Red Turbo Ranger, Kat=Pink Turbo Ranger, Tanya=Yellow Turbo Ranger, Justin=Blue Turbo Ranger, Adam=Green Turbo Ranger. They each have special Turbo Weapons; Tommy=Lightning Sword, Kat=Wind Fire, Tany=Star Chargers, Justin=Hand Blasters, Adam=Thunder Cannon. They also got powerful Turbozords; Red=Red Lightning, Pink=Wind Chaser, Yellow=Dune Star, Blue=Mountain Blaster, Green=Desert Thunder. Together the zords formed the Turbo Megazord.

Eventually Lerigot was rescued but the rangers continued to fight Divatox. Soon the Blue Senturion appeared from the future to help the rangers. Lerigot then sent Zordon and Alpha 5 back to Zordon's home planet. To help the rangers Dimitria and Alpha 6 arrived. And after all that the rangers(minus Justin) graduated from highschool. Along with that the rangers(minus Justin) had to give up their ranger powers so they could continue on in life. The rangers passed their powers on in this way; Tommy=T.J, Kat=Cassie, Tanya=Ashley, Adam=Carlos.

After that the rangers rescued two cars that were alkived named Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster. Then Divatox's brother General Havok arrived with his Space Base. He also used Metallosaurus to capture the Turbo Megazord. Then the Phantom Ranger appeared and gave the rangers the Rescuezords. Red=Lightning Fire Tamer, Pink=Wind Rescue, Yellow=Star Racer, Blue=Siren Blaster, Green=Thunder Loader and these formed the Rescue Megazord.The Phantom Ranger used the Turbo Artillatron. Together they defeated Metallosaurus and got the Turbo Megazord back.

Dimitria recieved a message that Zordon was in trouble so she went to his home planet to help. Soon after that Divatox and her forces located the Command Center. She used all her forces and stormed the Command Center. After a viscous battle Divatox forced the rangers to abandon the Command Center as she blew it up.
